My experience with the Aerobus was super comfortable. The buses come every 5 minutes, so if you miss one, you never have to wait long. On board, you can easily store your suitcase in special racks, which makes the ride very relaxing. Another plus is that you can follow exactly what the next stop is via the screen, which is very convenient. You can also charge your phone during the ride and free Wi-Fi is available. All in all, a very good and convenient service that I definitely recommend!

No problem on the outward journey on the other hand, the return journey to the airport was very busy and took an hour instead of the 35 minutes planned. Don't forget to warn passengers of this problem, it's better to leave beforehand.

Very good bus service from the airport. A bus was already at the stop so we didn't have to wait. We got off at Pl. Universistat but for some reason, you can't catch the bus back to the airport from the stop so we got a taxi to P. Espanya. The taxi driver was very helpful and dropped us off at the temporary bus stop as there is lots of construction going on so we may have had problems finding the stop. Only took about 20 mins back to the aiport.

Service was good: timely and efficient. Location of downtown pick up was changed on the morning of Feb. 16 to a point 3 or 4 blocks up Passeig de Gracia. I do not recall seeing any such announcement when I purchased my tickets on line the night before. I feel that notice of the move should have been given when I bought my tickets to save me confusion and wasted time.

The station has very dirty toilets. Also, the announcement of the train's arrival is very quick. The train toilet was filthy and had no water. The time it takes to board and store luggage is very fast and there is no help to store it in the appropriate place. There should be an indication of which seat numbers are in each carriage or the carriage number on the ticket. I bought business class and there was only the number 2 on the entrance door of the carriage. This is difficult for anyone who has never traveled by train.

I didn't have to wait too long for the aerobus. The journey went well overall. However, it was very hot in the bus (no air conditioning) and there was no Wi-Fi. The driver had a good drive (pace) however, every bump or turn was felt so the journey was not very pleasant.

I booked on Headout tickets for the bus from Girona airport to central Barcelona and back. Before the experience I had some doubt because there was no QR code on the tickets while in the email directions they talked about scanning the QR code before boarding. I contacted support via chat and they clarified my doubt. No problems on the spot, bus on time. Satisfied with the experience, I recommend Headout.

Easy and simple to buy tickets from the headout-app. Our guide was great, Valentina P, she knew so much and was easy to understand, her English was good and she talked slow and clear. She told us many interessting things about the symbolism and thoughts behind the designs and architecture in the park that I would never knew without the guided tour. Really nice experience. It was also nice that after the tour, we could stay inside the park for as long as we wanted, so we could take our time walking around and taking pictures.

Wonderful park unique in its kind and style, a must see if you visit Barcelona. Too bad about the audio guide that I could not fully exploit as there is a very bad internet connection in the area. In any case you can improve the guide and make it more descriptive as the park deserves a lot. The only aspect I did not like about the park is that the museum-home of Gaudi inside it has a separate cost and is not included. If it helps, arriving by subway to the park involves a big climb to walk up and the escalators at this time were not all working.

Parc Guell is wonderful, a must see. I recommend doing the tickets online at least 1 hour in advance because it takes a while before you get them. With tickets without a guide, you can also enter at a different time than booked.

Due to illness, we would not able to book our tickets in advance, so we have chosen last minute guided tour with headout. It was super, the guide was funny person, and worth to go through the park entertained with storys and jokes. I strongly recommend to buy guided tour ticket, especially, due to any reason normal tickets are not available for that day, you plan to visit.

The tour guide "Diana" is an amazing person. She made the experience very pleasant and full of valuable information. The meeting point was extremely difficult to find and beyond exhausting to reach as the taxi took us to the main entrance and we had to go back down hill then up hill on foot. That was not convinient at all. Thank you for your follow up.

I had an amazing time visiting Park Güell in Barcelona. The park is full of colorful mosaics and unique buildings that make it feel like you’re in a storybook. The views of the city from the park are incredible, and the whole place has a really special, creative vibe. It’s definitely a highlight of Barcelona and a place I would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Our tour guide, Albert was very knowledgeable, friendly and shared very interesting information. We really appreciated that he would stop in the shaded areas as it was a sunny and very hot day when we went. He pace was excellent too... just enough to really stop and appreciate everything before moving on to the next area. The whole ticketing process and instructions were easy and clear to understand. We were happy that the meeting point was on the other side and not at the main entrance where it was a lot busier. The person holding the blue umbrella was great as they really stood out and we easy to find. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Barcelona and wants to see Gaudi's designs!

Both routes through Barcelona are well worth seeing. If you can only do one and can't get off, e.g. on a cruise, I would recommend the orange route. You will see fantastic house facades and also have a great view of the harbor and Barcelona from above. The green route is particularly suitable if you want to visit the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell. Make sure you book your tickets for these sights a few days in advance! Do the park first at lunchtime and the cathedral in the afternoon, or better still, spread it over two days. I visited the cathedral separately and combined the park with the bus. It's better if you have two days. and

When I purchased the Hola Barcelona cards, I went to read the reviews and was a little concerned xbecause so many people complained that they were not able to pick up the cards right away. In fact on the website it is reported to go to the machines at the Airport, enter the Qcode etc.... I recommend you follow our advice: We simply looked for the tourist information office, which you will find near the final gate from which you exit the airport(I attach photo). So as soon as you get on the plane head for the exit, without looking around for who knows what. When you arrive at this info point (there is a statue of a horse in front of it, you can't miss it), hand over the Hola Barcelona card(s) purchase sheet and the employee will issue the cards to you on the fly. All very simple. With these you will be able to get around, on practically any means, except the Aerobus that goes from the airport to the center (you don't need it because a few hundred meters away you will find the metro... xwhy pay for the bus!:bad_shrug:), and the cable car (which we didn't take x time. Enjoy Barcelona, it's beautiful!!! 💯

If you redeemed the vouchers immediately at the airport and then used the card from the airport, it would have been excellent. The usability of the various means of transportation was excellent.

When i arrived the time was around 23:00 CET and the services were not working. Also the card is easy foldable, and once it folded, it cannot be used in bus. I had some issues with that.

They were easy to use. Unfortunately there were few places to convert from online purchase to proper tickets. So had to pay a full price ticket to go and get to a location where I could convert them. That took 2 attempts because it was late afternoon and for the first try the booth was closed.! Also the tickets only covered "town" or red busses so had to wait till one of those arrived, and watched as independant buses went by. Metro was no problem though.

You can get everywhere, you don't have to worry about buying a ticket automatically. The points where you can change from digital to physical tickets are far too inconspicuous, especially at Placa Espanya.

We really loved so much the experience. I really think you could explain better all the informations in your app and PDF ticket. For exemple: The informations about which events/access can be enter by QR CODE or only by printed vouchers/cards are really confused. Many tourits became confused. The Aerobus, "Monbus" enterprise, ARE NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORT! As i said, i really didn't understand your explanations and i lost a little time in my arrival in Barcelona.

Over all the card was worth its value. However, unclear information on the pick-up site was very inconvenient, maybe going to digital would be better suited or at least make it an option. Also, many locations were overcrowded and not worth waiting in line to visit. perhaps clustering sites that can be visited within walking distance would assist visitors. Again, I did receive what I paid for, and under better circumstances, I believe I could have gained more from the pass.

In fact, the Barcelona Card gives me a 10% discount on most tickets. But if I buy online, I get the same 10% discount without needing the Barcelona Card. Some (a few) tickets were given to me for free as a use of the Barcelona Card, but the price I paid didn't justify it. I was disappointed.

The Barcelona card was an excellent purchase. We mainly used it to access public transportation. We did visit the MOCA and Picasso Museum which were both free with the card and wonderful. It was a nice bonus that both had A/C and were a nice midday escape from the heat. We were only there for two days which limited what we could see. When we come back I will be purchasing the card again!

Saved a lot of travel costs and visited many museums for free. We wouldn't have treated ourselves to so many. The only downside is that you can only pick up tickets at the airport until 8.30 p.m. We didn't make it and paid €50 for a cab

Easy access to ouboic transports which could take us to anywhere in the city of Barcelona. Coukdn't use it in museaums just because I didn't try but the discounts at main attractions workes perfectly. Generaly it is a good worth for money! Public transports are easy to use and very well organized in Barcelona!

Die reibungslose Nutzung der Karte. Leider war es schwer zu erkennen, welche öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln man mit der angeschlossenen Fahrkarte benutzen darf. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!

Absolutely loved the pass. I bought the 72-hour pass and visited about 7-8 spots all by using metro and buses. Totally worth it and and I wished I had more time in Barcelona.
