Opportunity to visit exhibitions in foundations I didn't know - No bureaucracy, no queue and no advance booking - Sensational

The "passport" is exactly as described and works perfectly. No reservation is needed even for temporary ones. For each passport, it is possible to have a "guest" person (paying his or her own fee) skip the line with you. You can pick it up at each of the scheduled museums.

The Picasso museum was a highlight of our visit to Barcelona. We also visited the modern art museum. We love that the passport is good for a year. There was a bit of a hiccup picking up the pasees as my husband was redirected to another location. Might want to correct that.
It was great to be able to skip the lines, particularly at the Picasso Museum. My trip coincided with the blockbuster Miro/Picasso show that appears at both the Picasso Museum and Miro Foundation so having those 2 museums as part of the pass was important. Otherwise I explored a number of museums I wouldn't necessarily have gone to. I loved the National Art Museum of Catalonia which has an incredible collection of church frescoes saved from across small villages in the Pyrenees as well as an interesting modern art collection. I was a bit disappointed by the MACBA but saw a great AI exhibit at the neighboring CCIB that I would normally never have thought to visit.
Great and fast entry I went on Friday it's free anyways I lost my artiticket the Front lady at Picasso gave me a hard time want me to downtown office to get a replacement??? I just ignored her moved in to next lady, she gave me a ticket I went right in

Barcelona airport bus is very practical. Booking tickets without having to queue is very helpful. Aquarium and Casa Batllo with the gold card were such great experiences. Simple app and good inspiration on the spot about offers.

Very easy to buy online and pick up at airport in Barcelona. Super easy traveling this way with public transport in the center. From airport fine with metro and get off in center Barcelona.

It was easy to order on the website, and thanks to the app, I always had my transport card with me. Nonetheless, when we arrived at Barcelona airport, we asked for a physical card for the transport to make things easier.

Not having to think about it, just driving - no matter how often and no matter where. That really enriched my stay in Barcelona.

The exchange of the purchase confirmation for tickets at the airport was great. Comprehensive information at the stand and super nice lady at the counter on site.

With public transport you can see a lot of Barcelona in 3 days. Good schedule and in advance ia your trip well planned. Highly recommended!

It works great, is easy to implement and the transport services in Barcelona are simply fantastic - fast connections, very clean and safe!

Easy, everything was working acc. to instruction. hola barcelona card picked up at tourist information point at the airport.
Finding the counter in Terminal 1 was not easy. There was no description of the floor and location of the terminal.

Buying the ticket was easy, we were able to make very good use of the three-day transport ticket for sightseeing. I recommend it to everyone.

The HolaCard is a great thing. However, it is unfortunate that you can only pick it up at an information stand. There is still room for improvement here.

The total freedom to move around Barcelona without any limitations, most of the tourist attractions can be reached by public transport, which are very good.

When I purchased the Hola Barcelona cards, I went to read the reviews and was a little concerned xbecause so many people complained that they were not able to pick up the cards right away. In fact on the website it is reported to go to the machines at the Airport, enter the Qcode etc.... I recommend you follow our advice: We simply looked for the tourist information office, which you will find near the final gate from which you exit the airport(I attach photo). So as soon as you get on the plane head for the exit, without looking around for who knows what. When you arrive at this info point (there is a statue of a horse in front of it, you can't miss it), hand over the Hola Barcelona card(s) purchase sheet and the employee will issue the cards to you on the fly. All very simple. With these you will be able to get around, on practically any means, except the Aerobus that goes from the airport to the center (you don't need it because a few hundred meters away you will find the metro... xwhy pay for the bus!:bad_shrug:), and the cable car (which we didn't take x time. Enjoy Barcelona, it's beautiful!!! 💯

Actually a great offer, but I give it a 7/10 because it's extremely complicated to convert the voucher into real tickets. It must be easier! Once you have it - easy going.
View original review in German
It was a very good decision to book this card. Only the issuing process should be improved. You couldn't collect it from the machine. Otherwise everything was great.
View original review in German
We got to our destinations quickly and without complications. Unfortunately, the cable cars over the harbor and up Montjuic are not included.
View original review in German
Once we got our tickets it was no problem using them but it was very difficult finding the place to trade our voucher for the tickets. Your instructions to add the voucher number into aTMB machine wasn't even possible. You should not suggest that. Instead give very clear directions and address to the office where you can exchange the voucher.
Unfortunately, according to your description, we were unable to retrieve the tickets from the machines at the airport! Other guests were also at a loss! Finally after pressing the help button we were sent to the tourist information desk in the arrivals hall! This must be written more clearly, we would have saved ourselves 45 minutes of trouble! We had not received a ticket voucher code and nobody from Headout was available. We will not book this with you again !!!

Perfect for travel by bus or metro. What's more, you can get there and back from the airport!

Booking the ticket was very easy, using it was intuitive, fast and reliable, and it was easy to travel around Barcelona.

The card itself is great, if you have it. You buy the card online and then have to go to a tourist information office to get the card printed out. Unfortunately a bit daft. I would like to have the card directly when I book it online.

The Hola Barcelona card is highly recommended for flexible travel on public transport. Before taking the metro, you have to insert the card to get to the stop. It worked perfectly.

Everything worked very well. With the Barcelona Card for local public transport, you can get around easily in Zone 1. Outside of this, it costs extra money, but overall it was fine. 👏👍😁

We had 2 x travel cards for 96 hours each, although we were only in Barcelona for 3.5 days, and really used the public transport extensively. Very practical, and the price/performance ratio is also right!

Over all the card was worth its value. However, unclear information on the pick-up site was very inconvenient, maybe going to digital would be better suited or at least make it an option. Also, many locations were overcrowded and not worth waiting in line to visit. perhaps clustering sites that can be visited within walking distance would assist visitors. Again, I did receive what I paid for, and under better circumstances, I believe I could have gained more from the pass.
Great deal. I used the transportation from airport and back and in the city of course, two museum which have been really interesting so I think it's a good option to tour the city. Finding the office in the airport was easy as well. Recommended.
In fact, the Barcelona Card gives me a 10% discount on most tickets. But if I buy online, I get the same 10% discount without needing the Barcelona Card. Some (a few) tickets were given to me for free as a use of the Barcelona Card, but the price I paid didn't justify it. I was disappointed.

The Barcelona all-inclusive pass is really practical, with unlimited use of public transport, free access to certain museums and discounts for others. It was top-notch, and I recommend it!

Well all in all, our staybin Barcelona was excellent. I Loved everything in it. Specially the Beach. Will definitely visit again.
The Barcelona card was an excellent purchase. We mainly used it to access public transportation. We did visit the MOCA and Picasso Museum which were both free with the card and wonderful. It was a nice bonus that both had A/C and were a nice midday escape from the heat. We were only there for two days which limited what we could see. When we come back I will be purchasing the card again!
Saved a lot of travel costs and visited many museums for free. We wouldn't have treated ourselves to so many. The only downside is that you can only pick up tickets at the airport until 8.30 p.m. We didn't make it and paid €50 for a cab

Die Karte hat ca. 24€ an Eintrittsgebühren gespart in 2 Tagen! Auch jkonnte man in der Miro Foundation die Warteschlange skippen. Bin sehr zufrieden.
Easy access to ouboic transports which could take us to anywhere in the city of Barcelona. Coukdn't use it in museaums just because I didn't try but the discounts at main attractions workes perfectly. Generaly it is a good worth for money! Public transports are easy to use and very well organized in Barcelona!
A wonderful city! Thanks to the subway connection, we were able to see soooo much of the city in 4 days! You can get to all the places worth seeing in the city very quickly! The mix of big city and beach is just great. Great food and the people are incredibly nice!

Die reibungslose Nutzung der Karte. Leider war es schwer zu erkennen, welche öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln man mit der angeschlossenen Fahrkarte benutzen darf. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!
Absolutely loved the pass. I bought the 72-hour pass and visited about 7-8 spots all by using metro and buses. Totally worth it and and I wished I had more time in Barcelona.
Everything was amazing. Barcelona is vonderfull town, and having transoirtation card with free access was halpfull. I recomended to have this combination.
Loved the public transport access and entry to key museums.
With a single ticket we had all means of transportation at our disposal

We really loved so much the experience. I really think you could explain better all the informations in your app and PDF ticket. For exemple: The informations about which events/access can be enter by QR CODE or only by printed vouchers/cards are really confused. Many tourits became confused. The Aerobus, "Monbus" enterprise, ARE NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORT! As i said, i really didn't understand your explanations and i lost a little time in my arrival in Barcelona.
