The fastest route would be to get on highway C-58. Exit on 23B to reach Park Güell/Carrer d'Olot. However, driving down to Park Guell is highly discouraged. Apart from having to deal with the traffic, having to find parking nearby makes it an extremely tiring process. Most of the parking spaces around the park are in a green area exclusively for residents. You will have to resort to paid parking facilities nearby.
Of course, taking a taxi would be a smarter option as it will allow you to skip the hassle of walking uphill. However, do ask them to drop you off at the Carrera del Carmel entrance.
Walking is a great way to explore Barcelona, and Park Güell is easily accessible by foot from many nearby neighborhoods. If you're staying in the Gracia or El Carmel neighborhoods, it's a pleasant walk to the park entrance.
From the Gracia neighborhood, take the Carrer de Gran de Gracia and walk uphill until you reach Carrer de Larrard. From there, turn right and follow the signs to Park Güell. The walk should take around 25-30 minutes, depending on your walking speed.
