We loved the whole experience ....Julie was a fantastic guide with a wealth of information and so well prepared. She made the tour very enjoyable and had her folder of pictures etc that added to the experience. We loved all the stories she had about Gaudi & Guell. Our only problem was trying to find the meeting place. We were walking & Google Maps brought us to the front entrance which was quite a distance from the actual meeting place but luckily we had enough time to make it off.
I was a bit disappointed that the Canadian guy wasn't the tour guide, because he of course speaks perfect English and it would've been so much easier to understand and follow him. I liked the guide character, she was nice and sweet, but it was really difficult to understand because of the accent and how fast she was talking. The in-ear headset thing was so hard and it wouldn't stay in my ear, unless i held it there or had a hat on or something. They were at least easier to put in the ear in Sagrada Familia and had for both ears. For future improvement I would like to see something like an option to connect through bluetooth / app, or be able to use your own headphones, with guides that dont speak too fast and not too much accent so its easier to understand. That being said, I did like that I did do a tour before and I did catch some interesting points in between, it was far from being all bad but room for improvement.
The experience was magical. I'll start by saying that buying the tickets is very simple and very interactive. The tour itself is very exciting, especially for those who love history and want to know more about Gaudí's life and achievements, as well as the birth of the then-present Park Güell. Each structure seems to tell a story, it's absurdly beautiful.

We were happy to find places on the tour almost at the last moment and thus not to miss that beautiful part of Barcelona. Our guide took a walk with us in the part while telling us the story of the idea behind it, how it turned out, and what we can see nowadays. After the guided tour, we had time in the park on ourselves, visiting the spots we discussed earlier and admiring the sceneries and panoramas. Thank you for the interesting and beautiful experience! It is something we definitely will recommend!
Nice park but the directions and places to see in the park are too succinct. Some directions in French would be great!

Very knowledgeable guide, with excellent English. Gave lots of details and insights, making it a very enjoyable visit. Easy to follow instructions to get to the meeting point. Amazing experience, would highly recommend.
The tour guide was extremely informative and vibrant. Answered all questions thoroughly and allowed the people on the tour time to explore and take in the amazing views that is Park Guelle Gracias

Due to illness, we would not able to book our tickets in advance, so we have chosen last minute guided tour with headout. It was super, the guide was funny person, and worth to go through the park entertained with storys and jokes. I strongly recommend to buy guided tour ticket, especially, due to any reason normal tickets are not available for that day, you plan to visit.
We had the pleasure of joining a guided tour of Park Güell, and it was an exceptional experience. Stephen, our guide, was knowledgeable, engaging, and brought the park’s history to life. His insights into the development of Park Güell, from its conception by Gaudí to its transformation into the iconic site it is today, were truly fascinating. Stephen’s passion for the park and its unique design elements was evident throughout the tour. He shared captivating details about the symbolism behind the architecture and the challenges faced during its construction. His storytelling made us appreciate Park Güell on a much deeper level. The tour was well-paced, and Stephen was always attentive to our questions, ensuring everyone felt included and engaged. If you’re planning to visit Park Güell, I highly recommend booking a guided tour with Stephen—it truly enriched our experience!
We had a great time. It was very easy to find our guide, the group wasn't too many people, and the guide was knowledgeable.
The guide was very patient and very considerate as we asked several questions and also had to use the restrooms during the tour. Highly recommended.

A great place to visit with great views of Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea . We took the guided tour which was very good.
The park itself is pretty small so the guide did his best but there's only so much that needs to be explained. Overall good tour.

I like that there weren't many people, that it was really big and there were various things to see. I didn't like that we had to buy additional tickets for the houses inside... but it was a cool experience anyway!
I loved everything about this amazing work of Gaudi! The only problem I noticed, not only in Guell parc but also in all the other Gaudi famous places I visited, that was a lack of Greek language in the audio guide services. I think that Greek visitors deserve this low cost addition.
Weather was perfect for enjoying the grounds of Park Güell. Entering was easy at the assigned time and location. Having been our first visit, I definitely want to return prepared with a lunch to enjoy the peacefulness. Beautiful structures and plant life throughout the park. Pathways were well marked. Booking a guided tour made it easy, just met our tour guide easily went in and gave us a brief over view of the history of the Sagrada.
The experience was great but there isn't any map or pointers for the direction of interest to visit. Plus unlike Sagrada familia where we can download the audio guide, this one isn't able to, so I guessed we can go back in times when we want to relisten to the audio, we do have one extra day till 2Dec to listen though
The guide who hosted us for Sagrada familia visit was awesome. She is so knowledgeable and very polite. Learnt a lot about the place. Park Güell was a great experience too but the audio guide was unavailable in the app unfortunately.
Inform more to the grnte that the guide is in English or give options of guide that if due miy majo and lonexolico us once finished the excursion and inform that in the park inside have to pay again to see what there is there

The park was in excellent condition, the only flaw was that it was not specified in the ticket that the audio guide was available only by downloading the app and using one's own headphones. Buying such a combo tickets was the best way to discover the most beautiful attractions in Barcelona without spending time in lines for tickets. Thanks to our guide.🙏
I usually don't like guided tours but this Sagrada Familia tour with a hosted entry was exactly what I was looking for. Our guide Oriol was very knowledgeable about the Sagrada and made for a very informative tour. He also allowed us to ask questions if we had. I loved that after the tour, we had free time to tour the Sagrada ourselves. It gave us an opportunity to take our time exploring and go to the museum to learn all about Gaudí and go to the gift shop. I would recommend this tour for anyone looking for a bit of guidance about the Sagrada but also someone who enjoys taking their time to view and explore themselves.
Host was bery informative . I liked the freedom to move around as we pleased and spend as much or little time as we wanted

It was nice and explanatory. It was a bit short, event though the gid told us that we are super curious group and enjoyed a bit more time with us.
Had to line up first thing in the morning and was crowded as soon as the park opened. Ticket did not include the Gaudí Museum .
The guide Joseph explained the Sagrada Familia in a very clear and interesting way. It could be useful if the guide showed up with a 'Head out' sign at the meeting point because there are really a lot of people. With the Park Guell ticket everything was OK.
The directions on the park entrance ticket actually made us enter backwards so the staircase, the hypostyle hall, we saw them at the end and that was a shame. The audio guide downloaded on the phone was descriptive but not in the itinerary so given the very intuitive but not very clear directions we had to ask often where the park attractions were. the park was crowded with people but all very livable

Beautiful experience, easy to book, and very well organized. Our guide Monse, was easily idetificated at the designated meeting point, and guided us excellently throughout the tour, making us look at the places we visited with different eyes, explaining the history behind their construction and the reasons that led them to be what they have become to date. My favorite part of the activity was the guide for the Park Guell tour. Olga Escribano was amazing, she was funny, informative, and helpful, and I enjoyed the tour thuroughly because of her. My wife and I went on many guided tours during our time in Barcelona, and Olga's tour was the absolute highlight. She did an incredible job and would highly reccomend her to anyone.
Paula was a very fun and knowledgeable tour guide who was able to give us local insights nobody else could have. Would recommend to anybody who is looking to learn more about Gaudi and spent 4 beautiful hours in Barcelona.
Paula was fantastic ... We learned so much about Gaudi in a fun way ... prepared us well for Sagrada familia where we met Miguel whose passion for the cathederal coupled with his knowledge of the building was so much appreciated!
The Sagrada is a must for all visitors to Barcelona. The 2nd part of the tour, Park Güell, is just as fascinating. It all started a bit chaotically as we mixed up part 1 with part 2 of the tour. But it was our mistake. However, Headout helped us out of the "fix" and offered us a prompt replacement date for the missed part. The guides were also very professional and knowledgeable. All in all, a great experience despite the confusion at the beginning.

There was no skip the line at Casa Batllo. We stood in line at the allotted time. There was poor connectivity at park Guell so couldn't load the audio guide.
The mediocre weather we had during the visit is of course unimprovable... The audio guide was not up to scratch. There are no signs indicating which part of the Guide to listen to on the site. The directions for a more or less exhaustive visit are not given. There are just places that correspond to exits and water, not entrances.... Given that the Internet connection was bad for me, I wasn't able to make good use of the audio guide. Perhaps a wi-fi code that could be used on site would be useful. Perhaps there is one, but no one recommended it to me. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, especially the janitors of the janitor's house.

Everything was great . Very impressed with the creativity of . Gaudi . Particularly impressed with the attic floor and then the roof . Too bad you could only order alcoholic beverages and not even a cup of coffee. The finale downstairs : the interpretation of the brain of Gaudi by an artist we found really great ❣️

I enjoyed the Park Güell, which is very beautiful and quiet, despite the tourists. A magnificent green space steeped in Gaudi. An extraordinary view😍

Ticketing experience was good it is a good way to get to know the city and find many attractions near by specifically for someone who is new to city.
Truly a park not to be missed filled with vegetation and parrots flying from palm tree to palm tree, Gaudi's art explodes in bright and unexpected colors

We were able to see the city without the stress of driving. Hopped off to see the national art museum and the casa batllo. Great day
Nice park but the directions and places to see in the park are too succinct. Some directions in French would be great!

The bus was close to the cruise terminal, which made it easy for us to get on. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to do both routes. But the green route alone was well worth seeing. And the sound was always in sync with the sights.

We were lucky that it wasn't very busy at this time of year. We were able to see everything while taking a leisurely stroll.

- The audio guide wasn't specific enough about where we were supposed to go... - Plenty to see, but we needed another ticket...

Stops were easy to reach, but could have been provided with larger stop signs. The audio guide is easy to understand and very informative. It is also good that the stops are announced in good time so that you can get off.

Very complete and well explained tour, the only negative was the cold, the bus should have some kind of heating or transparent dome to stop the cold to allow a more pleasant experience.

We really enjoyed it, although I found the departures a bit long on some stretches and I couldn't do both lines in one day. I recommend it for those who want to see all the sites and have little time, but I suggest two days, one for each line.

It was absolutely worth the visit, we will return .
I loved the park, but I hated the fact that there was no sign to show you how to open your tickets to get in. The staff at the entrance wouldn't let you in with just your order/purchase number.

The experience was great but there isn't any map or pointers for the direction of interest to visit. Plus unlike Sagrada familia where we can download the audio guide, this one isn't able to, so I guessed we can go back in times when we want to relisten to the audio, we do have one extra day till 2Dec to listen though
The park was in excellent condition, the only flaw was that it was not specified in the ticket that the audio guide was available only by downloading the app and using one's own headphones. Having problems with the internet connection, my companion could not even download the app. In addition, neither of us had headphones to listen to the audio guide, to hope earlier we would have brought them from the hotel!

Which is quite cool, but I would like it if you could see somewhere how long the Vus takes from one stop to another to be able to estimate this with booked sights

Sometimes long waiting times at the boarding points. Partly poorly organized to board the bus, so that buses were not fully occupied even though there was a long queue

WONDERFUL experience, I did it as soon as I was in the city, it was useful for a general location of where each place was, and then I managed on my own without any problem. The audio guide info in each place is great to learn more about each place. A pleasure!

The bus driver wasn't stop on every station that he is supposed to stop. Using the green line he jumped from stop 3 to stop 8 and we didn't reach stops in the middle and our goal was stop 5 in Barcelonetta! When we realized this, we have to walk more than 30 minutes to go on coastline.
The stops are well distributed throughout the city. You can get on and off as often as you like. The ticket is valid for 24 hours (our choice) and that's perfect. The staff are very friendly.
