We did the tour with Lena, who was very professional and gave us lots of information about the Park. This tour makes perfect sense with a guide.

Easy to book tickets online. Communication before the tour was excellent. Sarah the tour guide was really bubbly and really knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend
Our guide, Yassir, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely thorough on his explanations of the property. He came prepared with his iPad so that he could show original (historic) photos compared to common-day visuals. There was not a question he could not give a response too.
The experience makes it unique to the guide and I can say that Octavio was a guide beyond expectations. Very nice, knowledgeable and was able to make that hour of tour a really enjoyable and interesting time for us. I highly recommend this tour ! I was not familiar with Headout, but if I find more tours with them in my travels, I will definitely do them.

I enjoyed the overall experience at Park Guell and my experience buying the tickets was also easy and good. I just found the guided tour superficial, I was hoping for more details about Gaudí's works and life

The tour guide was so knowledgeable and interesting. An hour 15 was perfect timing and they were all very accommodating. I learned so much and our guides insight added value to the beautiful works.
Ticket purchasing process was easy without hiccup. Our tour guide Paula is friendly, fun and pleasant. An introduction was offered before entering the Park Güell. She is very knowledgeable, professional and hilarious. At one of a famous spots, she helped take pictures of each of us with our cell phones. Thanks to Paula for making our visit to this wonderful Park a memorable experience.
Our tourguide Roberto, (bobby) was amazing, passionate, knowledged, and a true artist himself in the way he did the tour! Muchos gracias por todo Bobby!
Ina, our guide was exceptional. She gave us a lot of information about the park and delivered it in a very upbeat friendly manner.
Everything....the architecture, the philosophy of living in a smart and healthy way, the greenery around, the guide...everything
Parc Güell wonderful!!! The guide Silvia was exceptional, although she did the tour in Spanish (we are Italian) she was very clear, very nice and very professional. But above all, with her passion she made us fully understand the Genius of Gaudí. Thank you Silvia!

The best thing was that we were able to get tickets via Headout! Parco Güell was fully booked for the next few days and then we managed to get 2 tickets for a guided, English-speaking morning tour. The guide was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Even though the group was a bit large, Olga kept the group together well. The only thing missing was a note that there were 2 groups of castellers performing in the central mosaic seating area at noon on the same day. We stayed in the park for a while after the tour and were able to admire this fantastic spectacle.

Our guide Stephen was very entertaining and explained everything well. The fact that the weather wasn't great hardly detracted from the experience. detracted from the experience. Highly recommended!

Our guide Isabella (I hope I got that right) was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny and led an excellent tour around the Parc. We enjoyed the tour and learned a lot too. I would recommend this to others wanting to get the most out of the Parc on a visit.
Everything worked smoothly on ticketing and finding the guide at the entrance. The guide was a lover of Guadi and it showed in her passionate approach to the tour.
The guide was very interesting and knowledgeable about Gaudi's vir The Park is magnificent The architecture of the houses

We had a great guide who was informative and had a great sense of humor and had great energy. The only MINOR drawback was that the group was a little large to navigate around, but we certainly did not miss a step. It is a beautiful place with incredible history. Highly recommended!
Your guided tour was great. Our guide was very informative and gave a great insight to the park. He was very knowledgible telling us all about the area and history of the park. Very pleasant as well.
Very good guide, really fascinating park. Definitely do with guide because he gives you a lot of information and helps you understand what you are seeing. I was intrigued enough to want to learn more about Gaudi's life.

All ok. the only thing the directions to the meeting point should be sent the night before not the morning of the 'meeting itself
View original review in Italian
The tour went for too long. It was interesting, but I would have preferred it to be shorter as we all got a bit bored. Parking was also difficult. You should state street parking only and advise location of parking and how long it takes to walk to meeting point.
I really wanted to see the park during my visit to Barcelona - but it was fully booked. I found this guided tour in German and booked it without further ado. The guide was very competent and friendly, a native speaker with impeccable language skills. In retrospect, I was glad to have booked a guided tour. And I learned a lot about The Park, Gaudí, Barcelona's history and current situation. Despite admission regulations, the park is quite full.

Our guide Paula made the visit super interesting, I really got into the history of Barcelona and Gaudi's genius
View original review in Italian
The hints and explanations from guide Paula were very good. One very negative experience: we booked 4 tickets but could enter only with 3; the fourth ticket became "obsolete" as the people from the parc Güell did not let enter our son from the main entrance. When he tried to join us with a separate arrival, the GPS told him to go through the parc to our meeting point. Paula talked to the officials by explaining the situation but they even did not try to help us by contacting their colleagues on the main entrance. So, with the bad weather and low visitor numbers, we threw 25% of our money into the bin. 🙁 Zero flexibility from the parc employees!!
The booking on the website was smooth and easy. The same goes for using the app for keeping the tickets. And the guide, Mark, at Park Güell for the English your at 4 pm was outstanding.

I'm giving this rating not because I disliked the 48-hour valid tour or the driving but only because I was just forced to enjoy less than half of what was supposed to be due to a deprecated company policy. Me, my wife and my kid enjoyed the tour the short time it lasted the first day. I say "short" as we were only allowed to attend the tour in the morning period and that happened because I had the misfortune of losing our tickets (paper receipt slip) after I delivered the voucher when we reached La Sagrada Familia. This touristic company is "digital" enough to have revenue from online vouchers, but forces their clients to keep their tickets in a small paper, that could as easily flew away while we were enjoying the first-floor open air ride. When I asked if they could print a duplicate from my purchased voucher, I was told "Sorry, sir! You'll have to purchase new tickets"... After rejecting this stupid solution, we had to return to the hotel using the Metro (subway). Simply outrageous!
Which is quite cool, but I would like it if you could see somewhere how long the Vus takes from one stop to another to be able to estimate this with booked sights

Sometimes long waiting times at the boarding points. Partly poorly organized to board the bus, so that buses were not fully occupied even though there was a long queue

WONDERFUL experience, I did it as soon as I was in the city, it was useful for a general location of where each place was, and then I managed on my own without any problem. The audio guide info in each place is great to learn more about each place. A pleasure!

The bus driver wasn't stop on every station that he is supposed to stop. Using the green line he jumped from stop 3 to stop 8 and we didn't reach stops in the middle and our goal was stop 5 in Barcelonetta! When we realized this, we have to walk more than 30 minutes to go on coastline.
The stops are well distributed throughout the city. You can get on and off as often as you like. The ticket is valid for 24 hours (our choice) and that's perfect. The staff are very friendly.

Unfortunately, the company's local staff were not friendly. There was a storm on 30.10.2024, which is why my ticket was damaged by the rain. Although I had a digital ticket, I was denied boarding the bus on 31.10.2024.

We had the bad luck of a strike for the pu lic transport but it was still pretty good. I would only wish for thebus driver to even take People standing for those who just want to go for 1-2 stops. Had to wait for 3 buses to be picked cause they were full :( în this way, a lot of Time is lost waiting for the next bus.
Diffocult to get a bus because to busy. Long lines of waiting people to get on the bus. Only early in the morning at the starting point chance to get on. Not working audio system..
It smooth and seamless booking with Headout. We had a good time on the bus, pity about the weather that didn't play it's part. It was a great for us wanting to see most of Barcelona and not having to travel on foot or by public transport. See y'all in the summer of 2025.
Really enjoyed the tour from the beginning of the online reservation, senior discount, staff friendliness, efficiency .... it was a great experience both green & orange. Thx

An unjustified 15-minute stop from 6.45pm to 7pm on 22/10 (was the driver eating a sandwich?). The driver got off the bus to buy food !!!!!! And the customer waits !!!!!

Friendly staff. Audio tracks supported 16 languages. The information was informative and insightful giving insight into the sights and culture. Routes covered all of the points I wanted to see. Sagrada Familia is a MUST NOT MISS, prebook your tickets as when I went early in the morning they were already sold out. I got a two day pass to do both the east and the west lines. One each day. Also, as far as timetable goes, it was right on time and you could track it on the city tour app to see how far you were from the stop and how far the bus was to getting to the stop as well. Not to worry if you missed it as another one was only a few minutes behind. Would highly recommend.
Ticketing experience worked well. Hop On Hop Off Bus is a very good servce. The headsets didn't work in some outlets which was frustrating. It was a great way to see the extended part of the city.
The guides were very friendly and helpful. Getting on and off the bus was uncomplicated. The only annoying thing was that we had to get off the bus at Placa de Catalunya on the return journey and it then took some time before we could get back on the bus.

The cruise was what I liked the most, but the sants stop was cancelled until 10.30 am and they didn't even warn us by mail, we were waiting at 11 am and the bus didn't pass, we had to walk to the next stop and there were endless queues.

The buss tok up to one hour to arrive and take us on the tour. There was so much delay that we did not get to do the full tour like we planned.
It's very good way see the city's landmark. Every 15-20 minutes new bus coming in your left place, it's very flexible. Bus have red and green roads, you can change it which line need more. Sight is everywhere and people are very helpful 😊❤️

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable (I believe he was also an architect), easy to understand, humerous and personable. Enjoyed this tour immensely.👍🏼👍🏼Antonio Gaudi was an absolute genius. To him and all the artists, sculptors, engineers and workers (in no certain order), I thank-you for this ✨Wonder of Wonders✨, Segrada Familia.🙏🏼💕✌🏽 Theresa & Veronica from Montreal Canada
Our guide Olga was perfect. Give us all information about Sagrada Familia in very inturesting way. Show us all diferent places inside and outside. Thank you very much.
Fantastic experience, the meeting place was perfectly identifiable and even the restaurant themselves already knew; the explanation by the guide was fantastic and phenomenal, every detail of the Sagrada Familia was explained clearly, I did not find a guide in Spanish, but all his English was perfect. Fortunately I found the last 2 places to visit the Sagrada Familia on this platform, otherwise I would not have been able to enter after so much traveling. Highly recommended.

Guide did a good job of getting us into and around the venue. Unfortunately the audio wasn't too clear. Our guide was quite knowledgeable but maybe a bit too detailed. A number of people ventured off on their own as they lost interest. I don't want to be too harsh but it would have been better if she had interjected some humor or an interesting story.
Very knowledgeable tour guide. Easy purchase online for tower tickets tour. Good communication about meeting place. However, the guide had no sign or any obvious way for us to identify her. There were many groups forming up in the area. She approached us since we quite obviously looked lost and confused. After that everything went quite smoothly.
Our guide, Patricia, was excellent. The only negative comment I have is that the diagram of the group meeting place on the Headout app is very misleading. The tour gathered immediately outside Burger King, not across the street on the edge of the park. We almost missed the tour for that reason.
View from tower is through slotted windws so yooou cannot get a view cross the city and coming down from the tower is about 400 steps and no lift.
The guide - Marc - lives an enthusiasm for this building that he also transfers to the visitor! Minus: Access to the towers was not possible with the QR code, even though we had booked a combined package.

The guide is experienced and knowledgeable. We go straight in without waiting. The attraction is awesome and it is such an amazing experience. We booked late and won't be able to go without this tour.
The Sagrada Familia was amazing and my guide explained everything really clearly. There is not enough time to see everything on the tour, there is too much to see for anyone to fit into a tour. It was great that I could stay behind afterwards, sit for a while, then explore the rest of the Church, the museum and the school. It was a really good value tour and I am really glad that I did it.
Our tour guide Stephen was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about the cathedral and shared so many interesting stories. This was an incredible experience and one of our favorite parts of our trip. Would highly recommend taking a tour.
Guide was reality Great, picked the nyereTing points and was attentive to teens as well. Practicalities were good, small waiting at security check, otherwise everything went smoothly.
Sagrada Familia is perhaps the most stunning building I've ever seen, it was very interesting to learn about it's architecture and history and without joining the humongous queue!
We didn't pre book the sagrada familia as recommended, so finding tickets during our 3 day stay was problematic, eventually found head out who could get us tickets much earlier than the main tour operators. Paid a little more which I didn't mind. The experience was fantastic and professional. I wasn't sure if I'd been scammed at first having never heard of headout. But wow brilliant, I'm not even going to delete the app 👍 I would definitely recommend if you're having trouble finding tickets. Thankyou so much to our lovely tour guide she was amazing
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and but he also knew how to be quiet and allow us to appreciate the greatness of the basilica
The knowledge and friendly people who made our tour very special and worth every penny. I highly recommend for others to do the tour.
Anna was really great with her knowledge and kept us together with so many people. Very professional and had best experience.
Jose made the whole visit unforgettable - from pick up until the very end! We got showered with history and fun facts in a very enjoyable way!
La Sagrada Familia - truly special and uplifting with a great tour guide We visited yesterday with Lena - she is an awesome and passionate Guide. We have been to La Sagrada several times but not for awhile. Lena was able to move us v quickly through the checking in process and given the crowds made sure we got to see all the highlights. She explained v well the history, the meaning of the various components re the Biblical interpretations, Gaudi's vision and what still lies ahead re the task of completion. We have done many tours in our travels and this tour was well organised and great value for money. My only hint to Lena is with all her passion it would help if she slowed down a little re her information as she does speak v quickly - but so do most Spanish tour guides. Also Lena has put together her own v comprehensive reference book which she used to help illustrate her talking /information points. This was very informative. Thanks Lena you really added to my knowledge and love for La Sagrada - this is my favourite building in the world and you helped to make my return visit after more than 5 yrs special.
I didn't know it was an English speaking tour. We expected more time and more information. The guide was very correct and very well disposed, but evidently what was stated by the company was not what we expected. We also did not know that it did not include the climb to the tower. Maybe it was our mistake not to read more carefully what the tour was like. Or maybe the information on the website was not good. Or a combination of both. Next time we will inform ourselves better.

The fact that we had to wait 20 minutes for an Uber which kept going around in circles. When we were finally dropped off near the meeting point we were lost. Headout rang me to give me directions even though we were late we mad it to the tour. Awesome tour with a very knowledgeable tour guide
The guide Bernat was great. He imparted a lot of interesting knowledge, created a pleasant atmosphere in the group and explained things patiently and clearly.

I usually don't like guided tours but this Sagrada Familia tour with a hosted entry was exactly what I was looking for. Our guide Oriol was very knowledgeable about the Sagrada and made for a very informative tour. He also allowed us to ask questions if we had. I loved that after the tour, we had free time to tour the Sagrada ourselves. It gave us an opportunity to take our time exploring and go to the museum to learn all about Gaudí and go to the gift shop. I would recommend this tour for anyone looking for a bit of guidance about the Sagrada but also someone who enjoys taking their time to view and explore themselves.
Host was bery informative . I liked the freedom to move around as we pleased and spend as much or little time as we wanted

It was great that everything was included. However, the "audio guide" was the app! No one told us that until we got there, so we were not able to do that part as wi-fi & cell signal was weak so we couldn't download it. So if you go, download the app & bring headsets!!! Other than than it was an amazing day trip that was totally worth it. We were warned because of the weather to go another day but it was our last day so we braved the rain, which eventually stopped & we had a little bit of sunshine! :).
There is so much more to do at Montserat than I thought. We were there from 9-5, and still could have stayed longer. Exchanging the vouchers for tickets was quite painless. We wanted to leave Barcelona early, so had to get the train ticket the day before, as the office only opens at 8am. We enjoyed the freedom of having an audio guide rather than traipsing after someone.
The arrangement of including the train and audio guide was a great help. The whole trip was interesting and informative.
Everything was as offered And our speculation was fully met. It is a place of extraordinary beauty. It's a pity that one day is too little for so much to see

Having everything in one package was great. Reason a 4 rather than a 5 is instructions could have been better regarding the transfers between train to Monserrat and Monastery and which tickets are used for what activity.
Everything went smoothly. It’s very convenient to have all your tickets purchased online and be able to easily transfer between trains. Finding the booth to retrieve our tickets was straightforward. Montserrat is a truly beautiful place to visit, and I highly recommend setting aside an entire day for this trip. There are numerous hiking paths to explore, offering stunning views of the area. You’ll also find a few nice spots to enjoy a coffee or lunch. We definitely plan to come back to experience more of what this amazing area has to offer.
The overall place was great. Instructioons on which stop to get off. Where not great and when we got there it was hit difficult to navigate. Otherwise it was great. By telling clients to leave enough time to get there. You are 100 percent correct. And I appreciated that. It was also a holiday and found out the last minute. Over all was good
To have all the tickets required to experience the Montserrat monastery: train tickets, cog railway tickets, museum tickets, audiovisual tickets, audio guide. Once we were there, we were able to enjoy it to the full. Thank you so much!

Getting away from the Barcelona crowds and experiencing this stunning place was exactly what was needed, Please let your customers know that they have to get their audio guides at the Ti station! We almost missed our 1:00 slot as we didn't understand this important "must do."
All the reservations through the purchased tickets (train tickets, cable car, site visits and return trip) were correct like clockwork. The itinerary and accompanying explanations and information were also complete and thus very helpful. The only issue that worried us was the weeks of waiting for the tickets. Although we booked quite early and immediately received the booking confirmation with booking number but for the ticktes we ended up having to contact you ourselves via chat a week before our departure because the tickets were delayed. The person at the chat immediately helped us well to download the tickets. In conclusion, organizationally everything was correct which left us with a very good feeling about our visit to Montserrat.

Absolutely amazing. We were able to spend hours wandering before our Black Madonna time slot. Well worth the money and visit!
Because we bought a late visit, we didn't get to visit any of the museums and everything gat closed at 6 pm. It could have been mentioned somehow He recomendaction of how long the trip to Monserat would really take. It was written 1,5 hours before the reserved time to get onto the train. But... we kad to wait 48 min. inbetween the trains. There were no working hours of museums mentioned. Some did visit the place, but would have been nice to explore whole atmosphere. A lot of places were already closed after the church and Black Madonna's visit.
Everything was quick and easy to find and redeem, Montserrat is beautiful and worth spending a few hours in What I didn't like was having to give them my Credit card details for the audiobook deposit
The day was extremely well organized: train, rack railway, audio tour, visit to the Black Madonna. Everything was synchronized and there was no waiting. Thank you so much!

I purchased all-inclusive tickets online. Monserrat is spectacular. The view is amazing. The walking is not for the faint of heart as the climbing of stairs is steep; however, the beauty of it is worth it and it is equipped for wheelchairs. I highly recommend visiting. It's best to redeem tickets at the subtrain station downtown near the bull-fighting ring. It's a little tricky getting there but you'll need to catch R5 subtrain all the way to Massarat. Once there, you'll catch a different rail train that takes you up the mountain. These two trains are near each other.
Montserrat is an absolute must if you travel to Barcelona. The experience was surreal. A lot of walking and inclines, so be prepared. Folks with limited mobility might have difficulties walking around. Tickets are easy to purchase with headout and process was easy to follow. 10/10 would highly recommend.
The scenery and the monetary were beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised by the art museum as well. It was a lot more extensive than we were expecting. Great hiking to be had as well and some incredible panoramic views. A couple tips though: if you buy the ticket and train ride from Barcelona combo pass, make sure not to schedule the morning pass. The train from Barcelona doesn't even leave until around 0800 and takes a little over an hour to get there. Though if you miss your time slot - you can still get in. You even go to the front of the line. It can just be a little confusing figuring all that out. Also, although this combo pass is great - the passes that were emailed didn't come with instructions on how to actually use it. Turns out that the one QR code is for both the train and the monetary. I did contact support and they d it s send the actual tickets to my email which cleared this up a bit.
All this time we thought it wasn't possible to do a DIY tour for Montserrat that we had to book a bus going there. Thanks to headout for making the DIY experience possible and convenient. Just a reco on the instructions to claim your train tickets in the Place de España ticket booth.
The direction was not clear on the ticket and the agent from headout was also reading what I am reading and can not give me extra detail. It's frustating. It was not a pleasant experience , we missed our train going there because of the unclear direction from headout and have to wait extra 1 hour and going back the train broke down so we have to wait an extra 2 hours.
The journey to the Monastery is very nice with spectacular views. The natural environment that surrounds the Monastery is unmatched and the Church with its decorated altars, walls and ceilings is just amazing...a very entertaining day!

The overall impression was amazing and all activities included in my ticket were perfectly done. The most georgeous was umique opportunity to touch Black Madona and to attend the service
Well organised & wonderful place

Always nice to have someone that can tell you the important despcription just not to look without understand nighting. Important to visit everything, have time and see all what is possible!
The building itself was incredibly beautiful! The light was amazing and our guide was very knowledgeable and funny as well.
The actual tour was genuinely amazing, the tour guide was so passionate, so friendly, and so knowledgable about the Sagrada Familia she was nothing short of superb. Finding the tour, however, despite being in the meeting area for over half an hour before the meeting time, and having to then contact Headout directly... was all very stressful.
First of all, the images of the meeting place were incorrect. I got a call, luckily I picked up and the meeting place was not very visible but across the street from the picks provided. The guide was awesome along with the church. Lastly if you select the upper level view, the elevator will take you up but you will have to take the stairs down, handrails are not available the entire way down.
The church was beautiful although I expected a private guide and not in a group even in the towers since the ticket still cost 218 euros for 2 people

Knowledgeable and very personable, professional guide. Allowed time at each area, but also kept us moving along - good navigating through the crowds.
It was sooooo hard to find where we were supposed to meet. It's an actual pink street sign surrounded by trees and not where the instructions indicated. Once we found our guide, the tour was great.
The tour was really interesting. The guide was great, knew her stuff. There were quite a lot in our group and lots of people milling around in other groups so it was actually quite hard to keep track of the guide in the crowds. It's cringe but it would have helped if she'd worn something identifying or held something up so we could spot her in the crowd. The weather was very hot, and there was a lot of standing around in the heat outside. Not much the tour guide could do about the weather of course...but just by way of feedback. pack a fan and a hat for outside
The tour was very informational. Teresa, our guide, knew her stuff and was very entertaining. She was very nice and she showed enthusiasm of the content that she was explaining. Finding the meeting point was a challenge for all of us I believe. However, next time I will be more vigilant.
Our guide made the experience pleasant amongst the many other groups and individuals, and gave interesting background information
Great tour which was run by city wonders, the tour guide was very good. Gave out lots of information in a really friendly welcoming way.
Our guide was amazing! Full of fun facts & drew our whole group in, but also knew when to let us 'be in the moment'. A fantastic tour of a truly remarkable cathedral.
I would have liked to have found a tour in French We regretted that there was no simultaneous translation in headset

It was entirely our fault, but was missed our appointed time by 5 minutes and missed our tour. The desk was able to reschedule us for another tour 2 hours later at a cost of 78€. Our fault. My wife had booked the tour, but as she was using my credit card the email came to me. I read the first screen and thought I understood the instructions but I didn't read to the bottom of the email. The instructions were clear but it was mandatory that you read the entire email. Again, our fault. I just wish the instructions had been clearer and at 5he top of the email. Otherwise, great tour. Thank you.
The guide was very knowledgeable However to find her was very hard and stressful. Headout notes stated the guide will have a pink sign. There was no pink sign. The sign she had she was sitting on it and did not display it at all. We could not see it. We had to ask every person we saw if they were IBE. It was very stressful. You need to notify your customers exactly where to meet and the sign needs to be bigger and clearer.
My experience with Headout was very good and I'm very appreciative! The guide was A+++!!!! Unfortunately, the weather was not very good (nothing Headout could do to change that). But, our ticket was the fast track guided tour with tower access (Booking ID: 16829574) and we couldn't do that due to the severe rain on April 29th. Is it possible to have that portion of the experience refunded? Appreciate your assistance, John Jackson Johncailynelise@yahoo.com 1-(802)-522-9087
Actually this trip was a total failure the guide was not where we were told to meet him before or up to half an hour after the appointment time so we completely missed going into the Sagrada Familia. You can imagine how disappointed and angry we are about this. Headout have been hopeless both on the day when we approached other headout guides to help us and the home office who I have emailed repeatedly. I definitely would not choose Headout as a booking company
The tour was fantastic. Our guide was incredibly knoweldgable and La Sagrada Familia was just amazing. My only negative feedback is the advised meeting point is WRONG for this tour which meant I nearly missed the tour (despite standing exactly where the dot is in the instructions for 30 mins prior to the meeting time). It is actually across the road near the "meeting point #2" pink sign. The pink "IBE" sign i was told to look for is tiny and mostly white. Please update the meeting point information for future guests as it was really stressful to get a phone call saying "where are you?.... there are 29 people waiting for you".
Mark was absolutely terrific telling us interesting details about the construction and meaning about Sagrada Familia. Answered our questions and guided us through the mass of people. However, the only negative was the instructions for meeting up. The map and photograph indicated the meeting point as across the street from Sagrada when in fact it was on the same side of the street as Sagrada by a pink sign with number 2. We arrived at exactly 2:00pm as instructed but saw no one from the tour. After waiting 15 minutes we finally crossed the street to Sagrada and happened upon Mark and the group. Almost missed the tour! We were not happy about that. indicated to meet across the street by
Our tour guide, Guadalupe, did an excellent job educating the group on the history of the Sagrada Familia. We enjoyed her commentary and wouldn't do the tour any other way. Thank you for a memorable experience.
Direction on where to meet our guide was poor. If one of our group didn't have a working cell phone we would not have met our guide. We were at the dipicted location but it wasn't correct.

Paula was a very fun and knowledgeable tour guide who was able to give us local insights nobody else could have. Would recommend to anybody who is looking to learn more about Gaudi and spent 4 beautiful hours in Barcelona.
Paula was fantastic ... We learned so much about Gaudi in a fun way ... prepared us well for Sagrada familia where we met Miguel whose passion for the cathederal coupled with his knowledge of the building was so much appreciated!
The Sagrada is a must for all visitors to Barcelona. The 2nd part of the tour, Park Güell, is just as fascinating. It all started a bit chaotically as we mixed up part 1 with part 2 of the tour. But it was our mistake. However, Headout helped us out of the "fix" and offered us a prompt replacement date for the missed part. The guides were also very professional and knowledgeable. All in all, a great experience despite the confusion at the beginning.

Very pleasant visit to the Sagrada Familia with a great guide (Marc). On the other hand, no opinion on the visit to Parc Güell which could not take place because of the weather and for which we are waiting for the refund we were offered. Sincerely

Marco the guide at Sagrada familia and Isaac the guide at park Guell we're both fantastic. Very knowledgeable and made the experiences such a joy.
Marc was our guide. He was very knowledgeable and showed his passion for the tour. He answered questions and was very friendly
Both guides were good, clear in their explanations. However, it is a bit slow when they have to explain in two languages.

The tour guide was very engaged and provided a great deal of detail about the visited sites. Everything was well coordinated, no unnecessary wait time was involved. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who visits Barcelona.
It was just fine,,it rained in the afternoon for the park tour but the guide was a real trooper and did the tour in the rain
the guide had a lot of information and trivia about the 2 locations. I felt the Park Gruel tour was too long and could have been shortened to 30 minutes. People could always go back and visit something if they wanted to see something further.
Olga was amazing!!! I learned a lot about both places
Both guides were great, helpful and very personable! Would book again anytime!

The bus routes took a bit too long. Unfortunately we spent most of the time waiting at traffic lights then going really quickly past monuments. I have done a few hop on hop off buses, but probably wouldn't do this one again
The hop-on-hop-off is a great way to see this whole, large city. However, the 'guided' tour was way ahead of the locations which was often confusing and frustrating.
The red line has a lot of nice attractions and we never had to wait long for a bus. Unfortunately, we had less luck on the blue line on Sunday and ended up taking a cab
View original review in German
A very convenient way to get around the city and see it all. You get both red and blue lines which covers everything, and you never have to wait for the bus more than 10 minutes. We were the move all the time! Provides headphones and nice info about the places you pass, very friendly staff. Your time on the pass start from the first time you use it, so if you hop on at 12, you can hop on until 12 the following day for the 24h pass so it could basically give you two days if you use it smart!
Did the red and blue tour completely, great bus, great audio accompaniment! The IT system went on strike in the morning, but I was able to travel with an online voucher without any problems... I received my ticket after the first tour without any problems. All in all, a great way to get to know Barcelona comfortably in 4 hours or to go into detail at the individual stops from 9am to 7pm.

If you take both routes (red and blue), you can see the city's most beautiful sights without having to walk long distances. Unfortunately, a few routes had to be shortened due to roadworks, so that you couldn't see the Sagrada Familia from 3 sides, for example, but only the front/the main portal. Also Parc Güell could not be visited due to road works.

Great experience. The route shows us all the essentials of Barcelona. The ability to hop on and off whenever you want gives you total freedom to explore. I'd recommend it.

It's great to tour the city like this when you only have a day. A little more info at sights that are sold out would be nice. For example, Parc Guell. Quite a long climb and then get to the closed door. Will cost you an hour anyway.

Being able to see the sights...... But as a foreigner, explaining how to recognize the stop locations would/could have been better! Pics are fro sights we saw.... I would recommend this excursion very relaxing!!
A super fun boat trip, highly recommended. You sail along nice places and the snorkeling was also cool, too bad but very short.

it was awesome having one mode of transportation to get to all the good spots. But! quite a few of the attractions we stopped at were completly sold out so it was useless for us to get off there, and we didn't realize we needed to rebook tickets. it would be helpful to know which attractions should be pre booked to avoid getting off and making our way all the way to the attraction just to get turned down.
Staff very helpful, did red and blue routes, both interesting. Just a shame the air con wasn't working downstairs in the bus on such a hot day but it didn't spoil our experience
I can only recommend it, divide your time as you like, take the next bus and off you go. Go on.

Its so easy to see a large part of Barcelona and the information on the busses learn you at lot of the history of the town.
The aquarium is very nice, but it is small, you can go around it in 20 minutes, the little trucks make stops at the most touristic places and you can get on and off as many times as you want.

Saw the most important sights. Didn't have to wait long for the next bus. Had booked a 48 hour ticket, on the first day the Olympic Stadium was not served, which we noticed on the second day as we drove the route again and were suddenly standing in front of it. The organizers could have mentioned that FC Barcelona had a game that day and that was the reason. If we hadn't booked 2 days, we wouldn't have seen this attraction.

The information about bus stops not clear. If you forgot the place of this stop you will never found it even with google map. I have waste a lot of time walking the street looking for it. After park Guel I had to take the public transport because the staff of the park can't explain where the bus stop at all. Make the address of the stations or coordinates on the map, or direction on street signs. The sound of audio guide was low and with noise and cracks in some buses.
Very good service, very comfortable bus!

I bought the album with 10 photos but the photo with Yamine was not in the link to download. My son is not satisfied as we don't have his foto with Yamine on digital.
Which is quite cool, but I would like it if you could see somewhere how long the Vus takes from one stop to another to be able to estimate this with booked sights

I loved everything about this amazing work of Gaudi! The only problem I noticed, not only in Guell parc but also in all the other Gaudi famous places I visited, that was a lack of Greek language in the audio guide services. I think that Greek visitors deserve this low cost addition.

Weather was perfect for enjoying the grounds of Park Güell. Entering was easy at the assigned time and location. Having been our first visit, I definitely want to return prepared with a lunch to enjoy the peacefulness. Beautiful structures and plant life throughout the park. Pathways were well marked. It was absolutely worth the visit, we will return .
I loved the park, but I hated the fact that there was no sign to show you how to open your tickets to get in. The staff at the entrance wouldn't let you in with just your order/purchase number.

The experience was great but there isn't any map or pointers for the direction of interest to visit. Plus unlike Sagrada familia where we can download the audio guide, this one isn't able to, so I guessed we can go back in times when we want to relisten to the audio, we do have one extra day till 2Dec to listen though
The park was in excellent condition, the only flaw was that it was not specified in the ticket that the audio guide was available only by downloading the app and using one's own headphones. Having problems with the internet connection, my companion could not even download the app. In addition, neither of us had headphones to listen to the audio guide, to hope earlier we would have brought them from the hotel!

The directions on the park entrance ticket actually made us enter backwards so the staircase, the hypostyle hall, we saw them at the end and that was a shame.
